Before you write

• Tell us your device (for example, Pixel 8 / Android 15) and app version if you know it.
• Describe what you expected vs what happened.
• Screenshots help for display bugs — avoid including children’s faces if you can.

Emergencies

HardMoments is not emergency care. If a child may be in immediate danger, call local emergency services first (911 in the U.S.). The Safety tab helps you decide when to call a doctor; it does not replace professional care.
